Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Notice of Meeting
In accordance with the Canadian Parking Association bylaws, an Annual General Meeting of the Association is held during the Annual Conference & Trade Show. The next Annual General Meeting of members will be held on MONDAY, September 17, 2018 at 8 am, in the Osgoode Ballroom East at the Sheraton Centre Toronto, Toronto, Ontario.

PROXY VOTING
Class A voting members are entitled to exercise one vote at meetings of the members. Class B, Affiliate members are not entitled to vote. A voting member may, by means of a written proxy, appoint a Proxy Holder to attend and act at a specific meeting of the members in their absence. A Proxy Holder must be a Class A member of the Canadian Parking Association.
