Program Testimonials

I found the program to be clear, concise and easy to work through. The CCPFM provides a good base understanding of our unique industry. It also provides a standard that allows people from various sectors of the parking industry to communicate together.

The CCPFM certification was a logical next step to provide me with an industry-recognized validation of the tools and skills needed to successfully manage a parking operation in today’s marketplace.

I believe that the CCPFM course is a great way to ensure that parking operations have an industry wide consistency that benefits the parking sector in Canada in terms of the parking offering, safety standards, and customer service best practices for clients and customers.

The Winnipeg Parking Authority is a firm believer in training for our staff – the more knowledge they have, the better able they are to serve our customers. We have all of our junior staff complete the Parking Professional Primer as the first part of a comprehensive training program.
