POSTER DISPLAY SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDER FORM
Poster Boards will be displayed in the main lobby at the entrance to the Trade Show, and in places where delegates will meet and mingle during various events.
Applicants will produce the poster artwork to fit within the size specifications. CPA will provide the retractable banner and printing costs, and deliver the banner to the conference site.

Poster Board Dimensions
Format: Retractable Banner DisplaysCPA will have Banners produced with artwork supplied by the applicants and delivered to the conference site. Applicants will be responsible for removing the banner at the end of the conference event, and can keep the banner for use at future events, office display and other marketing opportunities.
Banner Dimenions: 33 inches wide x 78 inches tall maximum size. Please keep your important text and images 2 inches off of each edge.

Acknowledgement
By submitting a poster display, you agree to the following:
- All poster artwork must be pre-approved by the CPA, according to deadlines noted.
- CPA may publish and/or distribute the poster artwork on its website.
- Poster Board topics may be considered for publishing as a full article in Parker.
- CPA reserves the right to place banners in optimum areas, or in the order that best compliments all submissions.
