COVID-19 Policy

Full refunds will be issued upon written request for on-site booth rentals if the live portion of the event is cancelled due to a decision of the Board of Directors, or due to Canadian Federal Government Advisories that will prevent the on-site event to proceed.   

Full refunds will nullify the complimentary services included in the Booth Rental fee including the Virtual Exhibit offer.  Exhibitors may opt for a virtual exhibit and receive a prorated refund equal to the difference of the Virtual tier selected and the on-site booth fee.

On-site staff registration fees will be refunded, or staff may opt for the Virtual registration and receive a prorated refund.

ALL OTHER CANCELLATIONS

Request for cancellations not covered by the COVID-19 Policy must be submitted in writing and received by October 31, 2020.

Exhibit Staff Cancellation Fee: $100 per staff (Substitutions may be permitted under certain circumstances)

Exhibit Booth Cancellation Fee: $550

Send to Canadian Parking Association, 350 – 2255 St. Laurent Blvd., Ottawa, ON K1G 4K3 on or before October 31, 2020.

Refunds will not be issued after October 31, 2020. No refunds for no-shows.

Some people have already received soliciting emails offering the 2020 Attendee List.  Beware that the CPA has not authorized any 3rd party to represent or offer CPA information to attendees.  Move those emails to your trash and contact the CPA directly for information about this event.

If you are contacted by Exhibitor Housing Services or any other 3rd party agency to book your room for the CPA conference be advised that the Canadian Parking Association is NOT affiliated in any way with these companies and your reservation may not be honoured. The CPA does not utilize a housing service for any bookings.
