COVID-19 is Driving Change! 

With the re-opening of business in Canada gaining traction, the Quebec Provincial government has opened meetings to 250 people.  The CPA is redesigning the 2020 Annual Conference & Trade Show to a hybrid event that will include a live component and a virtual experience for the Canadian parking industry, its members from across Canada, and beyond.  The live component of the event will be held at the Bonaventure Hotel in Montreal, Quebec with live streaming of speakers, exhibitor demonstrations, round table discussions, and much more.

New dates for this event have been confirmed from November 16 – 18, 2020, in response to preferences indicated in our members’ surveys.

We Heard You

CPA has received many enquiries from its community about the annual conference.  The staff at CPA has been planning and reviewing options and platforms to ensure that the event is more than a glorified webinar.

Since there has been sufficient interest expressed for an in-person event, the Board of Directors agreed that shifting to a hybrid option would be the best opportunity to allow those who can travel to Montreal to attend in person, while those who cannot would still have access to the educational programming, live demonstrations by exhibitors and the popular round table sessions – all streamed to them.

Something for Everyone

This year’s conference experience will have something for everyone, regardless if you attend in person, or from the comfort of your homes and offices.  A full marketplace of parking innovation, equipment and services, vendors (including those who exhibit live)  will be offered a virtual trade show presence.

Keynotes and educational sessions are on the agenda, as well as round table sector meetings, chat opportunities and much more.

Health and Safety

The CPA considers the health and safety of those attending the event in-person its primary objective. Details of how the CPA and the host venue, the Bonaventure Hotel will monitor and manage the attendees’ safety while on the property are provided in the following documents. As protocols are adjusted, these documents will be updated.
