Cancellation Policy 2020

Exhibits & Exhibit Staff

Full refunds will be issued upon written request for on-site booth rentals if the live portion of the event is cancelled due to a decision of the Board of Directors, or due to Canadian Federal and/or Provincial Government Advisories that will prevent the on-site event to proceed.

Full refunds will nullify the complimentary services included in the Booth Rental fee including the Virtual Exhibit offer.  Exhibitors may opt for a virtual exhibit and receive a prorated refund equal to the difference of the Virtual tier selected and the on-site booth fee.

On-site staff registration fees will be refunded, or staff may opt for the Virtual registration and receive a prorated refund.

 

On-site Delegates

Full refunds will be issued upon written request for on-site delegate registrations if the live portion of the event is cancelled due to a decision of the Board of Directors, or due to Canadian Federal and/or Provincial Government Advisories that will prevent the onsite event to proceed.

On-site delegate registration fees may be converted to a Virtual registration with a prorated refund provided.

 

All Other Cancellations

Request for cancellations not covered by the COVID-19 Policy must be submitted in writing and received by October 31, 2020.

 

On-site

Booth Cancellation Fee: $550

Staff Cancellation Fee: $100 per staff (Substitutions may be permitted under certain circumstances)

Delegate Cancellation Fee:  $200

 

Virtual

Booth Cancellation Fee:  50% of booth fee

Staff Cancellation Fee:  $100 per staff

Delegate Cancellation Fee:  $125

 

Send written requests to Canadian Parking Association, 350 – 2255 St. Laurent Blvd., Ottawa, ON K1G 4K3 on or before October 31, 2020.

Refunds will not be issued after October 31, 2020. No refunds for no-shows.
